Harvey York's Rise to Power Chapter 3902

Chapter 3902

Katy instinctively looked around her.

The members of the family were laughing coldly, their faces wretched and sinister.

"Enough looking already, Katy. Nobody's going to believe that filth..." Eden said slowly.

"Only someone as naive as you can believe that a useless kept man can do something like this," Valery exclaimed arrogantly

The elder with a goatee sighed.

"Wake up, Katy. That's enough dreaming"

Katy was utterly heartbroken. She had done her very best for her family for the longest time; yet nobody was standing by her side, nor did they believe Harvey's ability to do anything.

She stumbled back, her face pale.

Harvey quickly held Katy before she fell and whispered worriedly. "You okay?"

"I'm fine."

Katy took a deep breath to steady herself. Then, she looked at Grandma Cobb with a bitter expression.

"Are you really not going to believe your own granddaughter, Grandma Cobb?"

Naturally, Katy still held hope for her family.

"How do you still not understand this?!"

Grandma Cobb scoffed, she slammed her cane to the ground, a fierce look on her face.

"Does it matter who did this?!"

"He wouldn't be your man who solved the problem, anyway!"

"I already gave you an out, didn't I?"

"As long as you marry Gael, I'll give your man the money and let you stay as the head of the head house."

"I won't pursue you about your mistakes in the past, either!"

Grandma Cobb waved her hand dismissively

"Sign the papers already!"

"You hear that, Katy? Grandma Cobb's giving you b*stards another chance!" Eden yelled.

"Sign the papers and marry Young Master Padlow! If you do, we'll overlook the fact that your man beat up everyone here today."

"If not, I'll make sure he stays behind bars for the rest of his life!"

Valery laughed cruelly, she thought Katy and Harvey were ignorant fools trying to act as gods.

"Bunch of idiots"

"You can't just force me like this, Grandma Cobb! I'm your granddaughter..."

Katy tried to get her grandmother's affection once more.

"Shut up!"

Grandma Cobb instantly cut Katy off; she couldn't be bothered to listen to Katy.

"I don't need you to lecture me on how to do things!"

"Stop spouting nonsense! I only have one demand: marry Gael so the family gets a powerful ally!"

"As for the truth, justice, and your feelings."

"Do you really think I care about all those things?"

"Do you really think they matter?"

"In any case, you're marrying Gael whether you like it or not!"

Grandma Cobb had a disdainful look on her face.

"Ask anyone here if they agree!"

"Yeah! The family raised you, so it's only natural for you to do something for us. It's not like we're asking you to kill yourself!"

"Grandma Cobb only arranged this for you because she respects you a lot. It's best that you agree to this!"

"Don't ruin your whole life for that man, Katy. We're doing this for your own good!"

"If Grandma Cobb gets angry, your man will be thrown behind bars for the rest of his life! When that happens, even God won't be able to save him!"
